Bibheads was facing a significant challenge with declining sales and lackluster website traffic. They identified their website's lackluster design as a major contributor to this problem. In response, they hired me to revamp and modernize their website with a focus on enhancing its visual appeal and user experience. The goal of this redesign is to attract more customers, boost engagement, and ultimately drive sales growth.

My primary objective is to create a visually appealing website that provides users with an exceptional experience. This involves incorporating design elements that are modern, clean, and user-friendly, and making sure the website is intuitive and easy to navigate. The end result will be a website that captivates users, improves engagement, and drives business success.

Problem
The website lacked credibility due to unclear images and a difficult navigation experience. It lacked an engaging narrative and had a lackluster aesthetic design.

• Pictures were blurry
• Logo had pastel colors but the theme did not represent the brand
• No proper visual hierarchy
• Trouble completing tasks as simple as finding reviews
• Not enough information, too vague
• No product page, no reviews page, and about us page

Before redesign

Solution
Our solution will involve the redesign of the website with a focus on creating a visually appealing aesthetic, simplifying the navigation experience for users, incorporating clear and high-quality images that are relevant to the content, developing a strong and engaging narrative, and conducting user testing to ensure the website effectively communicates its message and delivers the intended user experience.
• Used more clear pictures that customers sent
• Theme was changed to pastel colors which represented brand
• Added visual hierarchy by changing font and sizes of pictures
• Decreased the steps to complete tasks making it easier for users to purchase items and find things
• Added more information filling up the whitespace properly
• Added a product page, reviews page, about us page

Results of Redesign
As a result of our redesign effort, the website now boasts a modern and visually appealing aesthetic design, with a user-friendly navigation experience that allows users to easily access the content they are looking for. The website now incorporates clear and high-quality images that enhance the user experience and support the narrative, and the strong and engaging narrative appeals to the target audience. User testing has confirmed that the website effectively communicates its message and delivers the intended user experience, leading to an increase in website traffic and a positive impact on the brand's credibility.
